Will this waste gate work for me?
Or is it too much?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200955669994...84.m1423.l2649

I'm thinking I will probably only put 8-12 lbs. boost.

thanks,
david

yep it works great we have it on 2 cars, not buying the old style anymore since they are the same price and drop into the late model harnesses FTW

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to go with denmah's, "The Guru", suggestion.

Mine is a 2001 LM7 5.3.
The injector plug says Delphi on it.
Most of my locks are broken.
What connector do I have and what style injectors should I buy?
EV1, EV6?
Link for Dephi replacement connectors?
Will these replace mine?

David

You have connector A and you listed an eBay sale for connector D, these are not interchangeable.

I think the connector you want is called PT2135 and boy are they expensive. If you're reading this you're probably running boost which means you're probably swapping injectors. If that is the case, get something with more common connectors like the EV1 or EV6 style.

Just my opinion...

When you say "locks" are you talking about the white plastic bits? Those are the safety, I pull those out and haven't had trouble with the actual lock.

How are you guys supporting your turbo.
It is quite heavy and I'm concerned about just letting it sit/hang on the hot side pipes.
Any pics of supporting it?
I've seen some pics of brackets welded to the frame rail. But I have stock clam shell motor mounts, so my motor does move some.
thanks,
david
