We do need to get it to the track! Last time at the track it ran a 10.40 @139mph but that was on the 17s with nittos with the 808hp setup

I did not really make a build thread. I may have Stangkilr help me make one! It was my first turbo build I bought a tig welder and had at. I had afr 205s on it but compression was too low (made 808)It has stock heads(799s) from a local junk yard. Then we maxed out the 80lb injectors so i put in 127lb. Stock 5.3 manifolds flipped backwards and a 3.5 inch downpipe. We wanted to put the cutout on to go for 1000 but ran out of time.

so 996 rwhp is through exhaust out the back? What muffler(s)? Glad I just picked up a pt7675 for my 5.3!

It's just that 4.8/5.3 are so much cheaper which is why you see a lot of them

Plus smaller bores makes for a much stronger block, which helps a bit too.

I don't have any doubt it can make this kind of power. Locked or maybe unlocked.
But, the first pull was either done in forth gear, or the last drop was locking the converter.
Then, on the other pulls right before WOT the cars acts JUST LIKE when we lock the convertor....
what's with that???
It looks like it is locking up, is what I am saying, look at any of our videos on the wagon where we lock the convertor, it has that same bog, and car shake to it.

what's the point in making a lie about it? it makes good power or it dont. I know everyone tries to make their tuner look good but this isn't the first time the producer for this video company has been dumb enough to capture **** on video and claim something else than what the video showed.
