The Future Turbo Life of my LS1 I'm building a LS1 powered 78 malibu and i'm a little anxious on turbos.
I'm going to let her sit at about 380 HP. but then whenever i can afford it i want to put on a single turbo system.
Here's the delima... It will always be a daily driver, and for that i want excellent mileage.
I will put lower compression pistons and ported 6 liter heads on it. but is it possible to make 700 RWHP with a dinky cam like the LS6 cam? Also how much boost is safe to run on a daily driver?
A little early i know but at least i'll be prepared.
