Clearly the FPR is doing what it's supposed to do. The 42/50 proves that.

Draw a schematic, detailing exactly how you have it configured and the size of any lines. Any descriptions so far are very vague.

But your first setup should have worked. You proved the system is capable of making pressure, ie 100psi. So the only issue can be a lack of fuel flow.

And as I said, that feed line into the reg looks bloody small. it may have a -6 threaded fitting on it, but what size is the actual hose ?

Pulled the pumps. Both of them are working.

That's been quite clear from the start.

Do what I said above.

the pumps go to 3/8th fuel line---- to the WIX filter---regulator----rails---
return from the regulator to the tank (-6)------ returns to the top of the bucket in the tank.

I just glance through this thread, so that being said, do you have both pumps power at one + if so both pumps need a seprate power source.Exampe>> one pump at te battery singal through a relay, pump two can go through the car harness. I had this same issue with dual walbros. They work best with seprate power sources.

I sure did that fix my issue. On another note walbros dont like to be deprived of voltage. Once i fixed my issue both of them went out, But i replaced them both and ran good for 3 years.

Is there actually a point to the post above ?

First off, he has proven the pumps are capable of producing more than 60psi. And secondly, he isnt even using the 392 which is an external in-line pump.

But even if he was, it would still be capable of more than 60psi.

Then why did he write that those were the pumps he was using?

Ive no idea, but the photo clearly shows they are in-tank pumps, ie 342's. The 392 is not a dedicated in tank pump.

Does the pressure hold when you turn off the pumps or does it bleed right down? I couldn't make the plastic straws seal to a brass hose barb, they were leaking inside the tank.

He does not have a 392 of any sort as can clearly be seen in the photos.

How badly did you have it wired in the first place ?

Both of the pumps were wired together to the stock harness.

This is what concerns me about these 340+ pumps. One alone draws nearly double the current of an OEM pump, so you can see people thinking they are a drop in solution with no thoughts to the wiring.

Just like the above, A pair of basic Walbros will be more than doubling the current normally passed through the wiring, so it's just crazy to attempt to fit a pair and not wire them appropriately.
It not only endangers pump life, but is a potential fire hazard too, by overloading wires and connectors.

At least you found the problem.
