They are at the track now in Bradenton FL. The forecast is calling for some rain this weekend so hopefully they'll be able to get some racing in!

Had a great time despite not taking home a repeat win. I'm typing from the Tampa Marriott as I have to fly home but it was a busy long fun weekend. Andy ran:

7.37 Elim round #1
7.28@196 Elim round #2 and a loss to Mike Brown's 7.12@198

Andy went 4.79 @ 158 in the 1/8th, that 4.79 is his best on a drag radial. He has gone a 4.75 on a slick at Milan.

That losing pass was one of the best side by side radial races I've ever seen.

^^^ I would have to agree! It was a pretty good weekend for the LSX crowd considering the conditions. I have a strong feeling the 6 second club is gonna grow real soon... Atlanta here we come!

How was the drive home? I got up at 4AM, flew out at 6AM, got picked up at 8:30AM and drove to DC and got here at 10:30PM lol.
