Final Config? There is no such thing with an FI LS1 No web page needed for the cogs, just use 4 washers per standoff, ATI washer under the s/c cog(if you removed it) Lengthen the slot 1.25 inches on your bracket(between bolt holes in the bracket) and Flip your tensioner pulley around if it sits more than a hair away from the bracket. I had to get mine as close as possible to the bracket to bring the belt forward on the crank cog.....and BAM you are done! Oh yeah, I suggest getting the a steel ATI bracket made for you by automotion.
adjust to your liking, not to be the final word on the cog set up, please use caution when doing this mod as it may drive you insane

Also be sure to PIN YOUR CRANK, before using the cog set up, they produce a lot of grab on the ol crank pulley which will cause your crank bolt to loosen up...ask bos about this

And there you have it, Cog install in a paragraph lol.

Yea, my crank is keyed......

So I guess this new ATI bolt should do the work....

My setup is still a little off, its the closest its going to get w/out sikora touching it, it still needs to be perfected......

Now I just got to wait for an open dyno session, the tuner over at speed inc. got the 60's to work, so thats not a worry anymore.....I'll probably have to run open loop, most likely go through plugs faster, but I'll just end up changing them w/every oil change to be safe

I guess Speed Inc. dynoed an F1 ASP Cogs car, car tore up the belt on the 2nd pass.......I have no other details on the setup.......

well mine held together for 4 or 5 passes on the dyno so I hope its just him. The track is what I am worried about. I hear the cog belts like to let loose on the burnout.

Yea, I hope its him as well......

From what I heard it took off everything of the belt on the 2nd pull, that to me seems like a tension issue...

I'll try and get more details on the setup

Thats another 'minor' problem with some cog setups. Once you get everything to stop slipping the teeth on the belt strip off at high loads I dont think the D1 will have any problems but you'll find out soon enough..

Here ya go,

*EDIT* Pics don't show anymore?
Looks great. I like how the ATI balancer and ASP crank cog bolt together no shearing pins there....looks like I will be saving my pennies and nickles to get that set up too.

I like your spacers on your stand offs did you make them? Your belt sits awesome on your cogs. I wish I had the long standoffs so I could get rid of those gay s/c to bracket spacers

Look going now put it in the car!

oh yeah to post a pic just put

I went to look at the F1 COG setup today over at speed inc......

The belt is indeed destroyed, hes running the ATI balancer as well......he is running the stock bracket w/the same amount of tension I am by the looks of it, he has no bracket support though, this could be a KEY reason to why he destroyed the belt.....

The belt was on the pulleys fine, alingment looked alright, but there were no teeth left on the belt, its an F1 car shooting for 18psi, looked to be the 960 belt too

Thanks, guys

Jeremy....got the chrome spacers at ACE Hardware. The set-up is sweet outside the car....no SC spacers involved. We will see if the backspacing on the bracket is a clearence issue with the fan shroud. On the pics...I was doing it right but apparently F-Body.com does not allow pic sharing!

ATI Dampener.....no brainer! That thing won't move even if you didn't have a crank bolt in!

Tom...it will be so shiny you'll need sunglasses to look at it.

Todd...traction issues it may be a problem....I hope so!!

Todd be prepared for a phone call this weekend with alot of noise on the other end of the line, LOL!

I wasn't able to get my tune installed today, dude didn't have time to do it for me How long does it take LS1edit to upload a file into your car's PCM anyway? Anyone know? Man was I psyched about getting the tune installed today

Mark, Well the pics showed up for a second Maybe I can figure out how to post em again. Thanks for letting me know about Ace hardware.

It takes about 3-5 minutes to turn laptop on, plug into port, connect, and download new program.

Yea, I guess the P1336 is pretty common when I did a search, it needs to be fixed with a Tech II, so its no problem I guess.....its just preventing me from driving around......
