FYI, the big red isn't going to just 'fit' on your setup. It's meant for a 3" charge pipe setup, so check your setup and make sure it'll fit. Chances are you have the twin intercooler setup which I think uses 2.5" charge pipe.
If you want to hear the blower more, just take the discharge side of the bypass valve and open it, then put a small filter or cap over the inlet housing opening.
