Whatever you do, prep work is key. Sandblasting and cleaning extremely thoroughly. I masked off the V-band clamps when I did ours, just to keep from causing any interference problems.

Probably better off spraying it, I've never painted it on but I think it'd look better with it sprayed on and probably get better coverage.

It need to be sprayed on. I forget the exact thinness but it's thin. Too thick and it'll come off they said

yea i did some searching and it seems it needs to be applied in light coats, ill post up pics when i get mine done next month

HAs anybody tried the POR Exhaust paint version? I've used some of their other products and am pretty happy.
