No Chris's hp8811 dwarfs the pt88. Not even the same realm of physical size
I went from the standard pt88 to the hp8811.
Pt88 is around 8" diameter turbine housing and compressor housing.... the 8811 is over 10" on both sides
Pt88 weighed 29lbs.. hp8811 was 46lbs
93mm turbine vs 111...

No I haven't drove it yet. Just played on the brake a bit to see how bit acted on my 370
When it comes online you just know it is ready for business.
The pt88 ran well for me and will for you. I just wanted to try a big turbine
Good luck, looks good

A couple inches on the compressor side, maybe a inch on the turbine side. But I could move my radiator forward some, and I could redo my crossover to bring the turbo back a few inches also. I will post some pictures when I get it back...... Hopefully tomorrow!!!

We had some rain on the nights it was suppose to get tuned and on Friday night my tuners kid was sick. The plan is to get it tuned tomorrow night (Monday) and I will pick it up Tuesday morning. I will then have 3 days to play with it alittle before making the trip to Kansas City.

No, I had him install my exa pump, coil pack relocation and ls7 maf for my alky control kit. He was just backed up.
It got street tuned last night on 15 psi, 16* timing, 93 octane and no meth. He said it runs awesome. More boost and meth tuning tonight.

Got the car back yesterday evening. We didn't have time to dyno it yet. For now its tuned for 18 psi with 16 degrees of timing.
The car is a blast to drive on just 10 psi, yet alone 18 psi. As long as the weather holds off like it should, I'm going to run it at the track Wednesday. Here are a couple videos until I upload the better ones my friend took.
More to come......

The cam sounds perfect. And the breaking up is actually me hitting the rev limiter and then wind noise. It pulls through the rpm range very clean. It's very laggy when you first hit it, but that is going through the entire 3" exhaust. When you open the 3" cut out before the rear end it drops the spool up rpm by 4-500 rpms. I also have the option to drop the mid pipe and run a open 3.5" dp, but I haven't tried that yet. I'm expecting that to make a huge difference in power and spool time.

Here is a 18 psi pull from 5 to 120. I shot shirted into third because it was my first pull on 18 psi and the tach was moving awfully quick lol.

What kind of timing are you running down low and up to about 2-4psi? You can get rid of a lot of that lag by giving it some more timing in the regions where you're transitioning from vacuum into boost. It made a world of difference in my own personal car and always does for my customers.
Cam sounds great through the cut-out BTW! How much power did it make on the dyno? Where did horsepower and torque peak at rpm wise?
