Here is a 18 psi pull from 5 to 120. I shot shirted into third because it was my first pull on 18 psi and the tach was moving awfully quick lol.

I know you're itching to get the track and see what it turns out.

I haven't messed with the eboost much to give a good answer.
I'm thinking running a open 3.5" dp will result in a drastic increase in spool time compared to the video above going thru the 3" exhaust. If it doesn't drop spool time by 1500 rpms I will talk to my tuner and see what we can come up with. The pt88 should be fully spooled by 4000 rpms on my combo.

Went to the track tonight, most boost I ran was 14 psi or so. Went 10.21 at 144 with a 1.8 60ft leaving on the transbrake with 5 psi. It dead hooked, next time I will try to leave on more boost at get that 60' down. It has a 9.7 in it on just 14 psi. I still have 6-7 psi more to go

Also, I trapped 133 on 14 psi through the 3" exhaust. Let the car cool down for 30 minutes while I dropped the exhaust to a 3.5" dp at the tranny and then trapped 144. The car went from picking up about 25 mph on the big end to 31-32 mph on the big end. 14 psi open dp makes 18 psi through the exhaust feel slow.

Very nice mph that's for sure. I remember a HUGE debate a few weeks/month ago where I was told it was worth nothing to run an open DP on a street car and that it was "unnecessary" because Mighty Mouse didn't pick up anything when he dropped his. Well I guess gaining 11mph is just blah and "unnecessary".
When I tell people things, it's not just to make their life harder or argue it's because it's the damn truth.
Very nice shake down runs that is for sure.

I'm not sure on the timing down low, but it has 16* in it on 14 psi.
Weight wise, no idea---the only weight reduction is a tubular k member and I got rid of the ac compressor and condenser. It's a t top car as well. So almost full weight.
Martin- I remember that thread, and alot of knowledgeable people chimed in, so I wanted to try it for myself. No one will be able to argue back to back runs and gaining 11 mph at the same boost level by simply dropping the mid pipe lol.

I know you have a tuner doing your tuning for you, but I'd love to see what the timing map looks like. You could probably cut a 1.4-1.5 60' with the same 5psi launch if it had more timing in it down low, while still keeping 16* in at @14psi up top.
OR you could just throw the kitchen sink at it off the line and put it on the bumper.![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Honestly, if the timing is as low as it probably is at the RPM you launch off the brake....you could probably launch with all 14psi you're running now.
