Not bad at all! Still a lot of room for more boost.

just give it time. he will get it. he re plumbed some **** and it did some **** and its all good now. I think hes just been riding around enjoying what he has. getting used to it. i mean hes practically at 800rwhp now from 571rwhp previously. baby steps they say. even 760-800 is apparently too much for 325's

That is no doubt on the "getting used to it" statement. I'm trying to get used to mine at that power level. 750 on the street is ridiculous! Well I'll wait to see if those were sae numbers or corrected. Good build once again. It makes it all worth while once you finish the project and get to drive it.

SAE, look in the upper right of the dyno sheet. But it has already went higher than that when it hit the 800+ (1 or 2 pages back in the thread).

SAE is corrected. You have uncorrected, what it actually made, then you have options like SAE, STD and I forget what else.

Ya SAE. SAE is corrected meaning no matter what the temp/humidity whatever, it'll be the same
Uncorrected is what it made on that day with that temp/humidity. And then STD, which is usually higher. The car made 785 STD correction. I'm replumbing the gates again. I did it once and the car was hitting 22psi consistently and holy **** it's making some power lol. I haven't been back to the dyno yet. Looks like we're going to have to bump base pressure and lean the car out some. IDCs are getting pretty high, but afrs are good. I'm dropping the car off Friday to get exhaust put on it and should be back on the dyno some time next week. 1000rwhp should be a breeze. I'll be injector limited.

I went and had true duals installed on my car at Heavenbound Customs in Indiana and saw this car. Your car is badass and looks super clean as well! Brakes are monstrous lol

I did get my boost controller working correctly. And it's making 22.5psi consistently now. Just no new numbers yet. It keeps spinning on the dyno. We're gonna strap it down another way. Im trying to get the car ready for KC2K14. My tuner will be gone all next week so I'm not sure when I'll be able to get back on the dyno. Probably a few days before KC lol

I got a kooks true dual before they took the price hike a while back. Then I incorporated dual 3" electric cutouts on the down pipes. Really sounds nice when I'm running off the cutouts. You can really hear the turbos spooling. I had dyno issues as well so I'll be back to the dynos here in a month or so. Torque converter issues possibly and blowing charge pipes off. Need to get the pipes bead rolled. fwiw I picked up 50 hp from going to the cutouts from the duals. What's your full boost coming in at?

sorry guys been really busy. we haven tuned anymore on the dyno but i figured out my boost controller issue, and its making about 22psi now. if i had to guess without lookin at logs, its full boost by 4k rpm easy. i see 0 vacuum then instantly ill see 22psi lol so i come on fast. A line ended up rubbing a hole into the radiator so the car is back apart again. Had dual exhaust put on it, and it sounds like a farm truck now, so i have to take the car back and have mufflers welded in.. heres the exhaust.

Stupid stainless line wore a hole in the radiator...

All apart again...

Forgive me for not backtracking through the thread, but did you have a stock radiator stood up or aftermarket? I have a stock radiator that I'd sell (m6 radiator no transcooler) 13K miles and some change. Lmk to help your cause...and mine lol

Gotta love your persistence. I am happy you are getting her done. I am too lazy to redo a thread to go with the redo of my build. I am down to bleeding hydraulics and i'll be ready to fire up and back her out of the garage. Still 30 times less the quality of your build though man. I've been keeping up with this for over a year now. Really glad to see you right there. (stupid braided lines)

Great news. Do you think you will be able to squeeze any thing extra out of it?

Super nice build man. I actually have a picture of your engine bay as inspiration to clean things up and do them right for my turbo build I am doing now. I just finished painting my engine bay this past weekend, so now it's almost time to start cleaning up and painting all the brackets, subframe, etc. Here is a link to the thread if anyone is interested. https://ls1tech.com/forums/chevrolet...camaro-ss.html. The teardown for turbo build starts on page 4.

Can't wait to see the numbers.

Mike what are you doing here??! After going 230+mph in the mile in a 4 banger, I'd love to see what your next whip will do.

OP- great build! Ever consider putting dumps on it-or dynoing open DP? I bet it would gain another 50whp.
