scavage pump dying?

scavage pump dying? getting some oil out of the turbo now to the point it lightly smokes all the time.
as well as i did get the sts oil buzzer once under light boost.
could worn turbo seals cause any of this or likely the pump is dying out and not pumping enough oil thru now?
I am pretty sure it's the pump but I would be bummed to spend $400 on a pump and still have the same smoking issue.
