I'm trying to soak up all of this info so if my combo sounds way off it is my lack of knowledge showing itself. Please feel free to offer input

2.5" merge on a t6 just sounds tiny. Maybe on a T4. Phil what are your thoughts on that? I mean 2.5" fit into each SIDE of my T6 divided flange almost perfect.

It seemed a little small to me but I haven't actually tried putting a 2.5" pipe next to a t6 flange. All this talk about smaller crossover piping has the old gears turning.

Well my merge is a 2 1/4 not 2.5 so I might go 2 inch crossover more pressure coming out to be able to spool my turbo but lets see wat the guys think

Are you not running it divided? Why merge on a divided housing?

Would it be a problem to put 2x 2" pipes to mate up to a t6 flange? FWIW I have no first hand experience. I am trying to learn here so go easy on me here.

Well I'm bearly learning I came from the dark side so go easy lol well I'm going wit a 2 inch crossover merging into 2 1/4 merge t6 flange .... Reason y I think is cus my turbo is a lil big for my 5.3 ... If I would run a 6.0 ill go 2.5 crossover but I'm doing a 5.3 so the smaller the crossover 2" I can spool my turbo faster
