Default Pushing out PCV under boost

Not the best pic, but on line goes from the driver PCV to the can with a one way check valve. The other line which is "T" off to the intake mani and runs to the intake...before turbo as well. The passenger side valve cover as you can see in the pic has a breather filter and the other nipple is capped off. But I'm still pushing out my PCV. However, I have researched my a$$ off and I think I have all this correct, but maybe not. What am I missing here? I was told to pull the driver side valve cover and drill out the back side of the PCV for more air flow. Still not too sure about that. Since I haven't heard anybody else do this. Any suggestions welcome.
