Default 2009 FlexFuel Twin Turbo CTS-V

Well figure I would share. After a few emails and posts on efilive lsxworks shared the Data for the E67 PCM FlexFuel option. This car started as a compound boost setup. Factory blower + Twin GT3076R's.

Well due to heat issues I removed the supercharger and went with a stock ls3 intake and custom A2A intercooler.

Before the car dyno'd at 624rwhp on pump with a very rich tune. Could have gotten 680rwhp fixed the af but it was a baseline.

SeriousHP in Houston has completed the swap for me. Also doing the ethanol sensor install. Added head studs and new head gaskets along with big transmission cooler.

Marty at IRC Fabrication built be a badass intercooler.

Everything if goes as planned should be ready sat.

Pics of the whole process.

Before swap.

Ethanol Sensor

Intercooler. Note I added extra IAT location as well as I can check temp per side.

More to come.......

I like that it runs factory exhaust manifolds!

I'll take the same car but in a 6spd.

Any cooling issues when driven hard and a/c on?

Works just like this. You can do it in efilive and hptuners..

So you would have to tune a car at least 3 times with this flex sensor. On 91oct, ~E70, and ~E85.

Then you would say from ethanol = 0% - 15% run the 91oct. map, from E60-E75 run the E70 map, then from E76-E90 run the E85 map? And this would get you close enough to pump from any E85 pump without worrying about the ethanol percentage?

Thats a wicked ride man! We Stretched them out on S.H. 249 after Cars & Coffee (99 Red Mustang).

Were you running E85?

The 09+ V's is probably my favorite ride. Then you added Twin Turbo's and E85. Awesome! You live in the area?

Yup that was me. I was playing with the manual shifting crap when you left. I left and made that pull in 4th.

I live in Fairfield off 290 mason area.

After that run I went home and put these on cause even on a 4th gear pull it burns the tires.
