few times during the beginning of the year. dont go to the track much during the summer months cause its too damn hot, just stick to street runs. couple small upgrades during the summer and ill see what it does come cooler weather

ya i wanna stick with a 6spd for now but if this happens again ill prob end up going w/ a auto just for maintenance reasons if it starts costing to much to keep it on the road but dont take it to the track much and love to play around so we will see how it goes

Rpm transmissions, seen some faceplated t56's hold up pretty well. Look up Taner Bosnali's lt1 car and Ray Bulachs(blue99fbody) blue camaro. Just talk to rpm if you want a good setup. The biggest thing now is spraying the internals with fluid to keep from eating up the gears and such.

I think you can keep a 6 speed pretty reliable around 700 wheel, you just need all the good parts and a good builder to put one together. Stay out of wheel hop and bad suspension setup and it should live.
