Red Race valve installation help?

So I have search all over the web but I cant find a installation for my red rave valve from procharger to my D1.

But basically I would need to weld the steel flange to one of the intercooler coupler? And also weld the flange to the race valve as well?

Also how do you guys color match the flange to the coupler? Black engine can spray?

Lastly what is the tubing for? Where does it go?

Here's how I mounted my valve to the Y pipe of the twin cooler kit. This is before the coolers. Also you don't weld the the bypass to anything. you drill a hole in the charge pipe, weld on bypass pipe and then weld the flange to the pipe. The red bypass will bolt on the the flange.
