No, I know. I was being serious though.... I'm going to be running 2.73 rear in my 72 Camaro with 26" DR's. Why? Because I already have them. lol.
The right cam and tune however will wake his car up.

I haven't gone that tall just because I've never had 2.73's laying around lol. I have used 3.27's with a 28" tire, though, and it works really well. I'm not sure at what point gears become too tall in a turbo setup. I do know I've never found it with a 3-speed.

I had the 3.08s in the car but it makes the car hell to drive around hilly PA. I did get a T56, Spec twin disc clutch, trand rebuild kit, and clutch master cyl last night for $200. WOW! I need bellhousing, shifter, and a few odds and ends. Then we will see if I can get the turbos screemin'.

Well the 30" tires are deffinatly helping the 4.10s. Today I was out cruising with the wife and I did manage to get it stall to 3500 and it built boost. When I let it fly I felt much better. That was on the street.
