Default 370ci pt88 .96ar dyno graphs

So my dyno graph shows a clean hit to 904whp and then falls a bit, i'm windering if this is the issues with all you guys running this setup..
This one only shows a pull @17.5psi, the power drop doesn't increase with more boost...

Unfortunately I didn't get to make a dyno run that the boost stayed solid because of the manual controller we were using on the dyno, but this is what I have. My HP/TQ curves look about the same as yours does, but my boost dropped off.

i'm using the AEM true boost, it is such a pain in the *** to set up...
This graph shows a clean boost hit of 18-19psi all the way but with power still dropping off... Wtf?! I don't think it's valve float, i have double patriot golds with really high seat pressure, spark plugs are br7's gapped to .24, a/f ratio is constant 11.5-11.8...
Could it be the ar on the turbine housing is too small for a 370ci engine? Or myabe my speed inc. TU1 cam is too small?!

Turbine wheel/housing prob isnt helping things! 900 to the wheel is a lot of power take it to the track.

You may have some pressure drop, but look at my boost curve. It falls way off. Yours is only minor. Boost curve is the black line at the bottom of the sheet.

Even mighty mouse fought back pressure with a open down pipe with a 364 and pt88. Pt88 is awesome but for a 370 the exhaust housing is small.

Will do as soon as it's built, no street racing for me...

yeah i know, your power is dropping because of the boost drop, but it's still smoother than mine, i think it is because your manual boost controller isn't forcing the turbo to stay on boost while it's fighting back pressure. I think...

My boost pressure stays more solid now with the eboost2. There is very little drop in pressure if anything. It is probably about the same as your drop... Hardly noticeable.

What is on your car for exhaust? Before and after the turbo.

Is your power still dropping with the more solid boost reading? What cam do you run?

I have One truck mani and one fabricated manifold (to clear a/c) , 2.5" pipes merge to 3" into turbine, 4" down pipe, 3.5" cutout (only one i could find will be getting a 4" soon) , dumping through the bumper infront of the tire...

I would like to think it carries the power band out a little farther but I haven't had it on a dyno again to find out for sure so right now it's just an assumption. My cam is the EPP blower cam. 232/240 .595/.608 115 if I remember correctly. Your exhaust sizes are similar to mine except I have a 4" cutout. Can't imagine that would make the difference in power curves though.

After asking around i'm leaning towards changing to a 1-1.1 a/r housing , maybe a t6... Let us know how it looks when you get some roller time...
Thanks a bunch all the way from hot ol'Kuwait...

I would either go smaller cubes with the pt88 or.... keep the 370 and go with a better suited turbo. T-6 would help with back pressure.

I'll check them out, a name would help a lot...
Would live to see a dyno pull on a larger a/r pt88 on a 370ci...

I'll be ordering that soon but it's going to cost me like 250$ in shipping via UPS, so that sucks...

LOL, it falls on it's face over 5500rpm, might not be a problem on the street since i stopped street racing, but it would suck when the track opens next Feb.
