At 14 psi they get pretty warm, but if you add methanol injection you can run them at 16 psi. Bob

i thought some guys were up to like 700 with meth . My buddy was at 560 with a cam , and meth at 13lbs but the tuner backed it off to 500ish to longevity .

We ran a C5 with the twin intercoolers at 16 psi with meth and it did quite well and made 740 rwhp. Without meth I wouldn't push the 4.5" twins past 14 psi. Bob

Hey Bob! Thanks. I bought a ford 9" from u a while back. Anyway, I was planning on running meth. If i get a front mount, will the slots from the SLP grill provide enough air to the IC? I have to have the lic. plate. Or am i better off running the twin IC's

Thanks, I appreciate it! With the slots you would be okay if you added a flap down below to direct airflow up into the front mount. We did that years ago for a guy who didn't want to cut up his nose and it worked out very well. Bob

No I don't have any pic's but you can do it yourself. You add a flap underneath the front edge of the front mount just like the twin intercoolers have. Bob
