The PAC 1218 from SDPC will be the most budget friendly option.
A larger A/R turbine housing is just a crutch. You motor needs a large turbine wheel!
F.I. has the S400SX4-75 for $650, that is what you need.

The T4 variety of borgwarner costs a little more than the T6. If your having a kit fabbed or fabbing one just put a T6 flange on it and be done with it. Or have a local exhaust shop put one on. It will be cheaper than the T4 Housing, and allow for ease of upgrading in the future if you chose to do so. Overall the turbos are still the same size whether its a T4 or T6 in the borgwarner world.
I bought my turbo from CRT turbo I can vouch for the customer service at that place. FI is good as well never heard a complaint. Both have the basic S475 listed at the same price. Good luck.
