i beleive its not actually pinned to the crank, but more like having pins that portrude between the spokes of the crank pulley.

If we can help, send us an email. I know you couldn't get the 8 rib stuff to work before, but it may be worth a shot again with our setup...we might also be able to offer some advice...

I think he pinned the balancer to the crank but the blower pulley is still moving. The pins on the blower pulley are made to rest against the spokes of the balancer but wont stop it from moving the other way.

Not to overstate the obvious but you are moving the blower pully counterclockwise so the pins touch the balancer spokes before you tighten things I assume..

Right, and I seen that they moved away from where they are supposed to be....

My local shop will most likely pin the crank cog pulley to the stock crank pulley, that should solve it.....

Bos, just spend the money for the ATI Balancer and a new Crank Cog. I'll let you know if mine holds up in a couple weeks when it's on the dyno/street but it is so well put together I can't imagine I'll have a problem. I probably just jinx myself!

Yea, that would probably come out close to a G note unless Lee is willing to trade or work something else out for cheap, I'm not ready to wait another 5 weeks either...

I had the same problem, but I was unlucky, cause I actually sheered off the 3 pins that go in the ATI crank pulley. and that cause the ATI bolt to back out.

Now I m in the process of waiting for my SD Setup (will be here on May 6th ) So hopefully that will solve my problems.
