It's not that simple... The amount of boost you see is dependent upon your intake to the procharger, the plumbing coming out of it to the motor, what mods you have done to your motor, as well as the rpm you spin the motor to.

If you currently have a 6 rib setup, and are making your desired boost, then keep the ratio of crank to blower pulley the same.

The car has long tubes/ory/cutout on a fairly stock ls1. The 6 rib setup that I currently have only makes ~ 4.5lbs with a 6" crank and 3.20 blower pulley. I've also installed a tensioner to lessen some of the belt slip. I called procharger and told them I wanted to go to a 8 rib set up and wanted 8-9lbs and he recommened me a 3.4 blower pulley on the 8 rib, but that sounds like way too small of a 8 rib pulley.

Well, to go 8-rib you need the ati crank pulley which is 7.65". Which procharger are you running? Sounds like a P1SC. I'd get like a 4.00" pulley and see what that makes.

p1sc1. I'll be upgrading the harmonic balancer and crank pulley in the process. I was thinking somewhere around a 4" blower pulley. Does any one know the step up ratio for a p1sc1 so I can put it in the procharger formula

I am running P1SC-1 6 rib with 3" pulley, 4.5 " ICs, limiter set at 5700 currently till the weather cools off. Then I'm going to the dyno for final tune and see what boost I will be getting at 6500?
