LME, TSP, Briggs, Legend Racing, & HKE. Pick one, go fast.

AES Built my short block, they were great to work with and kept in touch throughout the build. Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I got what I wanted.

LME and AES would be my first choices for an LSX motor.

Legend Racing gets my vote!
There service and support is barnone. They have a bunch of really cool builds going on right now too. The new dart lsx block turbo build, a 383 f1 real street build, a nitorus ls3, a twin turbo LQ9 silverado, and were about to do a really wild 6.0 boost build in my car.
