turbo with a/c... how hot you running?

I have a front mount turbo with stock radiator and stock condenser. I put two of those derale pusher fans on the front of my condenser. As much air as they pull I think the big problem is once the air goes through the condenser it isn't forced threw the radiator. A puller on the back side of the radiator would be great, if it would fit but don't really have room with out standing up the radiator.
I don't want my car to run hotter than 210 if possible. I drained about half a gallon of coolant out (which was 50/50) and added straight distilled water. I was also thinking about adding a high flow thermostat, or drilling a couple extra holes to improve flow.
It is odd with a/c on and the car sitting idling in hot weather it can control the temp pretty well, don't think i saw it over 210. Once i start driving slowly in city traffic it actually starts getting hotter and never seems to recover.

Airflow and radiating heat.... and extraction. These are the things we have to deal with.
A turbo blanket seems to be the next step. Hopefully that'll help keep the heat out of the engine bay and keep it in the turbine.

Can't find the price. That one looks great. I have a feeling every one uses the same company then puts their name on it. My comp turbo blanket looks the same. It was $100 And works great

Hottest I have seen is 213. Was on the highway in Phoenix at 108°. Mine is cooler in traffic with AC on...never been over 190. I have my intercooler, condenser, trans cooler, radiator all stacked up in the front of the truck, so it gets a little warmer at cruise with the fans off.

Its $149.00 plus shipping. The dei blanket is 350.00 on summit fwiw.
They have a video where they measured a turbo on the dyno with a laser. It went from 530*+ down to 110*.
