I used to have a mp112 blower on my car, made good power. I was pretty much maxed out with it tho. I've searched for the past few years hoping someone would make one of these fit while keeping the wipers. I'd like to see these guys make this kit available, granted it would prob be pricey. I already have the hood cut and the notch in the cowl from the previous Maggie...maybe they need another 'test' car lol

Very interesting. I wonder what the iat's where like with that. I wonder if you could get away with somehow mounting a new wiper motor just for the driver's side, since that's all you're legally required to have, but it looks like they modify or use a different windsheild wiper motor.

Yeah I was hoping Hawks would give us a run down too. I was wondering if that is a shop car or one for a customer. Love to hear the details...

It is Bruce's car, I spoke with him on the phone the other day about this kit. He said they are gonna make the kit available, but u have to call and talk to him about ordering one up. I'm not sure if they're gonna put it on their website or not showing that they offer it. I'm sure its still too new....he said the car is a wicked street car

Default 8.8?

Did I miss something where hawks started selling 8.8 rear ends for F-bodies? The TVS is amazing but the 8.8 is more relevant to my autocross goals.

Hi,
Thanks for all the kind words guys, We are working on a kit for these , that is why I built this car,I was able to get all of it under a STOCK UNMODIFIED WS6 HOOD . These kits are not cheap I understand, but having had twin turbo and single turbo cars , for the STREET I really like the hit of the maggies on the steet! I do not believe these will work under ANY stock Camaro hood as the TVS2300 is so much larger, you will need a scooped hood and the further forward the scoop the better, everything else aside from the weld in panel for the cowl will be included in a kit, the K member is spaced down and we make a custom center wiper mechanism that allows for more clearance for the blower.
I very rarely have time to get on the boards so if anyone needs further info on this or the 8.8 rears feel free to email me bruce@hawksthirdgenparts.com
Thanks,Bruce

I've been waiting for someone to develop a mass market Centri-Blower setup for the LSx.

I'm starting to save my pennies for one. I had fun with my mp112 on 6.5lbs of boost and that was putting 530rwhp down...so this blower should be a lot of fun on the street

Looks interesting. What are the negative effects of dropping the k member 1/4 inch? Living in ny it's very hard not to bottom out as is.
