With my little gt35s I'm trapping over 137 at almost 4k lbs
They start spooling at less than 3k rpm and are at full tilt just a few hundred rpm later
They're cheap, package easily, light off quick, and their still pulling hard at 18psi and almost 7k rpm
I think they'd be great for a 6 speed car

I personally typically favor big single. Less parts/fab and I have had great results with it. I did the TT in the 69 more for fun/aesthetics/fab experience

If you're set on going with twins, then perhaps you might look into On3's 6Xmm (can't remember exact size) BB turbos. They would light off super fast and would be more enjoyable with the 6 speed, likely make more power too.
However, don't forget going twins means more pipe under the hood. That means more fab work, more heat so might need better cooling, two down pipes so you'll need space for them unless you do fender exit, and you'll need a larger intercooler for twins. At the end you will have spent far less by simply getting a billit race built BW unit.
