Will there be any issues of them cracking due to extreme heat? Since they are 304 Stainless...

I wouldn't imagine there will be any issues with cracking. And in any event if anything happens, these do come with a 1-year warranty!

I may have missed this somewhere but do they exit where truck manifolds do? And will they clear low mount pass side alternators?

Yes, they were modeled after truck manifolds. I cannot say on low passenger side as I haven't had an alternator down there. The manifolds themselves fit a factory alternator in factory position. It is very tight though and if you wish to keep the alternator in OEM position, I would modify the outlet to give you clearance for your pipe mating to the manifold or have us modify that for you.

Nice option and looks like they will clear 6 bolt heads unlike truck manifolds.

I got my set yesterday also. Looked good, haven't checked for flatness yet. The other part of the vband it comes with is chromed steel instead of stainless. I didn't care much for that. I should have some fitment pics in a month or so.

Other flange is polished stainless. If you received something other than this let me know and we will correct it for you!

Magnet stuck to it. Unless it's a different grade stainless. I'll check it out tonight.

can you clarify how you would "modify" the outlet, do you mean just trim it a little? or how does one have the option for you do do it added to the cart?

while looking for alternatives to me trying to build my kit for my foxbody myself, being the first time i am trying something like this, i came across this thread.... this makes it a little less intimidating for me to try to do this... and also looks much nicer than the factory manifolds, esp if i put my welds to it!

We would cut the end off, and have to add material with a bend in it to clear around the alternator. If interested in this, PM me or email me on it. Thanks!

I took the ends to the machine shop I work at. We all had the same conclusion that they are nickel plate steel. Not stainless. I'm gonna need them in stainless superman09
