yes im still on 3" dp,, that power was made on the 5.3,ls3 cam .. , as i will be installing the same motor you have,, this week .. turbo cam etc .. ly6 .. what are more specs on your motor , my ly6 will have 228/224 , 114 , .58x .58x cam, edelbrock l92 intake efi , . Im running 2" crossovers to the comp 7879
