I would go flipped truck manifolds into 2" crossover into a 2.5" into the turbo. Use 2.5 or 3" IC piping. Velocity

I have a random leak possibility for you. What gaskets do you have under the flipped manifolds? Are the egr passages sealed? This is something I noticed the other night when looking at my build. Aftermarket gaskets wont work because they don't seal the egr passages on my stock manifold. The same would happen if you flipped the manifold but didn't flip the gaskets.

What intake do you have? I had the old style ls1 intake and it was leaking out of the egr port on top. I had a block off plate on it but it kept on blowing through it. Finally plastic welded it shut and started making tons of boost. Without the intake fixed it would make 5psi at 6k rpm because it was pushing so much air. Took me forever to find it I was looking in all the wrong places.

Car is making 6-7 psi on wastegate now. Bypassed the intercooler.. thinking it was too small for the setup.

Kind of off topic but in your sig it says Buick 10.5" rear. Don't you mean 8.5"? 10.5 would be gigantic haha
