does anybody make a 3" 50mm wide Cog Idler/tensioner pulley with sidewalls Looking for a Cog pulley to use as a tensioner...
50mm belt, need it to be 3" diameter plus sidewalls
does anybody make one that I can order off the shelf, or does anybody cut them to custom sizes?
needs to be able to mount to the ATI/Procharger Pulley shaft
this is for a custom application.

Take a look at the above link, you should be able to use the 12 rib 3.0" idler pulley for a 50mm cog idler pulley. Bob

I ended up ordering DC-050A-023...which is the part # I got from Calling Procharger Directly... its a 3" 50mm cog belt idler pulley with sidewalls...overall size is 4.25, which will work where I need it to fit.
