New D1, sounds awful - normal?

New D1, sounds awful - normal? Hey guys,
I just got done with my Procharger D1 install. Wasnt too bad, minus the crap Procharger didnt send.
The D1 sounds awful at idle. Bad enough it sounds like theres something wrong with the engine. But once its up to 1k rpms is sounds beautiful.
How does your D1 sound? Is mine normal?
I have the 3.7 pulley installed.

Cool. I will check that once I get home.
:-( Cant drive the beast hard right now because I have yet to take it to "The Man" at Carolina Auto Masters.

When i first started my it had bad gear noise... After starting it 4 or 5 times the gear noise nearly went away...Sounds perfect now... Just try tightening the belt down and give it time and see if the noise goes away once the blower gets properally oiled...
