If I go belt drive I can get the pump down on the crossmember. But my sumped cell is in the boot. I think they only problem i'll have will be super duper not been used for ages cold start.

I had the red aeromotive belt driven pump ordered and the tall ***** shaped aeromotive reg. Might just order the same stuff again...

I'm using that same pump and reg for my build. It's good for 1800 on methanol so fuel shouldn't be an issue. My plan is to run a single walbro 255 in tank for priming with a check valve setup so the lines stay pressurized while cranking. But I have yet to get to the stage of sitting down and drawing it all up and cutting lines seeing as the car is cut up right now getting chassis work done.

Cool. So the belt driven pump can pull through the walbro?

Mechanical Pump, seriously.

Could you even make 1500hp on e85 with TC72 turbos?

I am making 972 to the wheels and I drive mine over 300 miles a week. I just use the Holley Dominator pump and no issues so far. Far cry from 1500 but I run twin 70's so not sure you will get too much more out of the 72's. Mine is a daily driver.

Del are you running both pumps at all times or just one for cruise and the other comes in?

With my twin A-1000's I was running all the time and one with a hobbs switch. On my Holley I wanted to try and run both at the same time first. If I had any issues I was going to rig it so the second comes on with a hobbs switch. However, I have had no issues with pump running both at the same time so far. My longest non stop drive has been just shy of 3 hrs so far.

BTW-pm me a email address I can send you what you requested.

They're not ebay 72's... Turbonetics BB mid frame 72mm. .96AR. If there's guys making 1100 with 66's I should be right.

My real goal is around 1200rwhp. I just want to overdo the fuel system.

I never had any trouble with double or triple pumps is long as they're installed, wired, and secured well. Tho that was on a gas set up. My only issue was the electric draw which I am trying to fix this go round.

Hmm.

I ordered belt driven.
AEO 13113 - reg
AEO 17241 - pump kit with big block mandrel. Red pump. Same bolt pattern as LS ATI balancer.
RPM500 - filter from fstperformance with 2 spare spin on filters
2200cc injectors from Fuel Injector Connection.

Should do just fine man. Any type of multi-pump setup scared the hell out of me.

I am assuming that was a stab at my set up. FWIW-I had twin Precsions at over a $1000 a piece and they were pieces of ****. Never could get them to work correctly and never went faster than 6.31. Slapped on these Junk ON3's which were shipped in better condition and packaged better than my precisions and now have gone 5.99 while driving my car everywhere on any day.

Turbonetics is NOT going to do much better than any better than my cheap ebays but good luck. Just trying to give you some advice from someone who is actually driving his car on a daily basis. FWIW-My tuner has gone 4.92 on E85 running Twin A-1000's. But hey what does he know.

Definitely not a stab! I just know you're running ebay ones. Man. I wish i did an ebay stock block build with guys like you getting the results you are. Makes me ask myself why i spent the money lol.

These turbonetics cost me a fair bit under $1000 a turbo too. TCI hooked me up with turbonetics. I only went them because price.

I'm also scared of the multi pump setups. I just think it's safer to run the gilmer belt driven mechanical pump.

You're using the Holley EFI yeh? How do you find that?

It's all good. I understand. I went with precision first and no luck. Twin A-1000's is no big deal. Especially if you always have one on a hobbs switch. The chances of both going out at the same time is slim and one damn near does the job. I ran them on separate relays also.

A belt drive is definitely the way to go especially if you have the money. I love the Holley. It works great for dummies. lol

Budget is big for me at the moment. It's cheaper to run the belt drive setup than it is for 2x big electric pumps like A1000's.

Can't afford the Holley . Using stock truck ecu with hp tuners and flex fuel sensor.
