Help identifying S/C

Help identifying S/C I came across this S/C on craigslist and was hoping someone could help identify it. Plan on putting it on my '02 5.3l silverado. I know I'll need a Throttle body adapter or new throttle body all together, but what else do I need to look for? How much would a rebuild cost?
Its a magnacharger M112 or M122 unit. Likely the latter with the 4 bolt 90mm J-tube. As long as its got fuel rails and the intercooler brick inside still, grab it, those are all the really hard to find parts. All that Ive seen were for trucks, so the pulley spacing will match your 5.3
Its missing the accessory bracket (easy fab), front heat exchanger(ebay), IC pump, tank, lines, relay and handheld tuner
Rebuilding the headunit is a piece of cake. Grab the $30 bushing off ebay and a bottle of Ford SC oil. Probably wont even need one unless its got tons of miles on it. Grab the pulley and turn it forward and back quickly feeling for slop. That means the bushing is shot. Bearings almost always outlast the car, so dont worry about them
