Pretty sure Jon's was a billet 7575 or something but even so it's hard to compare trap speeds of a slipping auto and T56

Trap speed is a better comparison than different dyno's so it looks like you will have to wait until next spring when Ray gets to the track However, I've been trying to research this myself and I am starting to think there may not be much difference at 10-12 psi. Over that and I expect the 7875 to really shine in comparison.

Yea, we will have another car out next year to showcase our T4 kit and we will make sure the trans is nice and crisp. Will use one of these turbos as well around this same boost range to begin. These things definitely do rock! As do Huron Speed Turbo Kits!

To me it seems like a 7875 would carry the power a little farther than the tc78, higher in the rpm. Especially in the higher boost levels.

There's a few tests between the TC76 and the PT7675. The PT was worth about 50 rwhp at the same boost level. The new t4 kit looks very nice and should solve the boost creep issue with the new wastegate placement.

Absolutely, the 75mm turbine wheel will yield lower drive pressure which in turn will help carry the power higher into the RPM range.

I ended up traping 130mph on 12# of boost and a street tire. Tnetics 7875, th400

Car weighs around 3800#

I'd say it was making some decent power.

I'm jealous. Sick looking/sounding setup. Clint's the man with his tunes. He'll be tuning my car again once I get it back in to go SD. Hope to see your car in person in some of next years cruises or if I ever make it to the track myself.

Were you able to use the huron speed alternator relocation with the 317's? I'll be using 317 heads as well. Did anything have to be changed?
