Well, hopefully it gets into different people's hands to try it out and get some measurements for belt size as well. I have a 3.40" and 4.00" head unit pulley's I can try.

I'm sure we can figure out measurements to calculate what belt size is needed.

I don't see why it won't work if you are using the 7.65 ProCharger pulley it was modeled after.
I'll look into it and get back with you.

You might want to turn on your signature, or put your website on your profile somehow. I tried checking out what you had to offer and had to resort to a google search to find you guys.

Glad to see someone step up and put these into production. I made mine as a hobby, and for those wondering it works with the stock procharger bracket and stock water pump, its a bit tight but works.

Here are some pics

Thanks for the heads up on the web link.
I played with it for about an hour and kept refreshing my post in another tab with no change until I posted again. I was thinking it would put the link in my sig on all my post.

I am sure I will be buying 1 of these in the near future. I am sure that many of us would be interested in a group purchase.

Somebody needs to try out the f1x with this pulley and a big blower pulley with asters bracket and maybe a brace. Wonder if it'd work. Would be awesome to just swap out pullies to a 10 rib or something like that.

Good morning guys.

I would like to address the interest in a group buy.
I'm sorry but I can't reduce the price on this part for a group buy.

To bring something like this to market takes a substantial investment in time and materials.

After the spread sheet was complete I considered the retail cost of the 7.65 pulley
and my dead cost of the part in a box ready to ship. On top of this there needs to be enough room for a reseller to invest the time in listing it on there site and offering customer support of my product. $249.00 is the introductory price.

As of now there are 4 pulleys at anodizing. I talked to them today and they are trying to get them done before the 40 year record cold weather sets in tonight.

There is material on the way for 20 more, it should be here tomorrow.
Those 20 should be ready by the end of Jan first week of Feb. These time lines are approximate. The anodizing shop and the laser etching are new vendors for me. After I get a feel for there turn around time there should not be any gaps in availability.

Thanks for the interest guys, I'll update this thread with pic's as soon as this first set shows up from anodizing and laser etching.

Chris, can you explain what needs to be laser etched, and the benefit / reason behind anodizing them?

Thanks.

The pulleys would work just fine without the anodizing and laser etching.
The anodizing protects the aluminum against corrosion. But that's not a big deal really.
GM didn't anodize any aluminum parts on the car that I can think of.

Anodizing makes for a professional looking product.
The laser etching contrasts well against black anodizing "white letters".

Pulley information and my company name will be laser etched.
Guys like to show off nice parts and this gets my name out there.

I can't afford to advertise in all the forums nor do I have the time to keep up with them if I could. For what they charge me to anodize and etch I think the return is well worth it.

Thanks Chris. I didn't know if the process had any impact on the grooves in the pulley or what was actually anodized or etched. Good to know.
