Aster bracket users step inside
I'm going with a 3.85" blower pulley on my D1SC. This maxes out the blower (62k RPM) at 6730 RPM. This give a little room when shifting at 6500.
Going the next size down 3.7" maxes out at 6468 RPM.
If anyone has belt lengths start throwing them up!

The SDCE pulley has about a .250 offset over the factory ProCharger pulleys. I bought a LS2 pump to throw on my car so I could run the 7.65 pulley with my SDCE setup. Well unfortunately it sets towards the crank quite a bit more then the original SDCE pulley. So back on with the 7.250. Boo...
When I did this type of mod on my Maggie setup I was able to increase the head unit pulley ( create more wrap) and eliminate belt slip. Anyone experiment yet.
According to my calculations for approximately 16 lbs @ 6200 rpm it will require a 4.63" head unit pulley (spinning the F1A @ 62,500).
Will I need an Astor bracket as well ?
Also, the countersink on the back side of the SDCE pulley is about half the depth of the ProCharger pulley. I'm going to line the SDCE bracket up for the factory pulley offset, and I'll report back when I do so you guys will know what the actual offset of SDCE pulley is. Unless Chris gets one in his hands first to get a Micrometer on it.

I would have been super confused if i hadn't seen your explanation in another post.
