The start to custom ac lines. I wanted to at least get this made so I could see what kinda of routing I can make work. Had a good friend help me weld it up.
This shows were they exit. Plan is to run them above the heater hoses and tight against the frame rail to the front. (I'm gonna build the turbo kit then work the lines around it anyway)
4" pipe for the bumper exit down pipe and some 2-1/2" to mount the gate if needed.
Flea bay intercooler kit. Kinda impressed for the price.
And the parts room lol
Just need to order the gate and mount the intercooler then off to a friends shop for all the fab work. I'll be glad to see it all come together....only to take it apart to re seal and heat wrap everything lol.

If you're goiing to route the AC lines like that, i put something together without having to weld.
1. Use an LS1 style compressor #8 and #10 hose block.
2. Install two 90 degree swivel fittings on the hose block
3. Use std rubber hose with aluminum ends
Also, for the drier, a Denso compressor adaptor to #10 hose will work.

Stopped by the shop today looks like we will have to vent the gate to atmosphere instead of tying it back in the down pipe. Brace will to the passenger side head. Mounting the gate will be interesting to say the least.
Give me your thoughts!
