Default Opinion on supercharger on 2000 ls1 z28

I HAVE A 2000 Z28 lS1 CAMARO THAT IS NATURALLY ASPIRATED AND MAKES 410 TO REAR WHEELS. Has cam and FAST intake with throttle body and full exhaust. Would love to install Magnason blower and be done. Which in your preference is better.... Roots or centrifical?????

Your question is a bit vague. Are you after peak power or all round power. The roots STYLE (positive displacement) blowers provide nearly full boost at all RPM's. The centrifical build boost linearly until redline when properly sized. The power they provide is quite different.

Do you want power like a huge CI N/A motor? If so the Positive Displacement blowers are the way to go.

Do you want power similar to a turbo without all the piping? Centrifical is the way to go.

Do you want MPG efficiency and crazy power and reliability? Go turbo.

My future plan is a forged bottom 346 with stockish heads and a small turbo. Good MPG off the throttle and 600whp+ in it. I'll probably keep the CR up too. Around 9.8-10:1

Thanks for your reply. I want power at any point of hitting throttle. I have a 8-71 roots on my 3rd gen IROC, which I love cause it is instant power. I want the same for my 4th gen. I really should of worded question as, which is more reliable... Magnason or pro charger? I want to drive this like it is my everyday car and have no problem with belts, brackets coming loose, etc..... Thanks...
