Default Huron Speed Custom Fabricated Twin Turbo Kit!

We had a customer come to us with a very hefty goal, and we were very pleased to be able to build such a cool kit for him! It is always a pleasure to have customers as good as this one, with allowing you to work outside the box a bit and asking for our recommendations on certain parts. Here is the run down of the kit:

-Custom Stainless, V-banded manifolds built to retain the OEM alternator location.
-Stainless up-pipes into T4 flanges with Turbosmart Hyper-Gate 45s in direct line of the exhaust flow on each pipe.
-Pair of Turbonetics 7675 .96 a/r Turbochargers
-Stainless Downpipes, 3" v-banded immediately increasing out of the turbo to exiting out the front bumper on each side. Each down pipe was split into 2-pieces with a v-band for ease of install and also to orientate the slash cut tips on each side to how the customer prefers!
-Stainless Wastegate dump tubes for each gate
-Custom A2A intercooler using a VERY efficient Bell Intercoolers Core. Our custom fabricated sheet metal end tanks with (2) 2.5" inlets and a single 4" outlet. Complete with our direct bolt to car mounts welded to the unit. Inlets and outlets situated on the car to fit the car specifically allowing up to only use a coupler connection at the intercooler inself (no multi-piece cold side pipes) and also all of these coupler connections are bead rolled and straight with the pipes butting right up to one another.
-Single 4" Aluminum cold side pipe with flange the Big BubbaSonic BOV and threaded IAT sensor bung from the cooler to the TB.
-2.5" Aluminum 1-piece cold side pipes from each turbo into each side of the cooler.

After posting this on our Facebook page, we have had many requests for a price, and please keep in mind this is not a kit we have on the shelf. This was a custom one-off build, made specifically for the customers goals and desires. We always have the ability to custom fabricate kits for anyone built specifically to their goals and desires as well. For this, please email me for a custom build quote if looking for one at: huronspeedproducts@gmail.com

The kit is now complete and off the car. It is currently out for ceramic coating, getting entirely done in Shiny Silver Ceramic! We will be sure to post a picture of everything coated once it completed!

Thanks for looking!

Jon

That is a serious setup. That customer must have some pretty big goals.

Absolutely, with a tubular K-member we can get the downpipes through and out the back of the car no problem!

Nice work, but the tapering down to a point of the header tanks will restrict flow for sure.

Would have been better with even 1/2" of clearance at the small end,

Would you have to relocate the battery and fuse boxes with this setup?
