denmah and microsquirt are the whip. we'll I got the car up and running ran it up to temp worked the bugs out and got it charging . it started and ran good a little lean but it is running on the denmah tune 100% so a little lean I expect with a 5.3 tune on a 6.0 engine. it will be a while until it gets tuned very much as it will be cold for a few months but I don't have to worry about anything big in the spring. just wanted to give an update and give a thanks to matt and his tune and how to articles for my harness and first ls turbo build.

And if you haven't done it yet, Verify your commanded timing is correct. with a piston stop and a timing light.
And turn the dwell down on those coils, try around 2.7 ms, and eventually turn them up if you need it.

thanks . I don't think i'll be doing any tuning for a while . I have some cars to finish first but I will check timing and get into the tuning when the weather breaks.
