Default AEM UEGO Wideband location help

Trying to figure the best place to put the sensor on my setup. I have a t6 s480 mounted on my drivers side front, then the downpipe comes off the turbo with a 90deg elbow. Goes down to another 90deg elbow and straight out the passenger side lower fender. My issue is I am running a muffler dynomax race that is 16" long and the instructions recommend the wideband being at least 36 inches from the turbo. That would end up where i want the muffler to go. The entire run of the exhaust is probably only 45-50 inches. So my question i guess is can i put this after the muffler? or before the 36 inches and ill try to push the muffler as far away as i can to the fender. But even then it would probably be around 25 inches away from the turbo. Trying to figure this out before i finish the exhaust today.

Mine is an aem and its about 24" or less to the turbo, I think the main thing is having it to close to the end of downpipe. Dont forget to mount it at 10 or 2 position.

Theres plenty of them on turboforums.com that have the from 10-18".

I've run mine for some yrs, now.
The 36" measurement is nice, if it's possible. [reduces some of the heat exposure.]

Okay thanks for the replies, im just going to push the muffler as far as possible away and put the wideband right before it goes to the muffler.
