Tried out the nitrous a little today..

Tried out the nitrous a little today.. After farting around for 3 days with the BMR k-frame and finally giving up I finished up the N2O today.
I am up to a 50 shot shutting it off at 5900, I shift at 6500 so I may raise it up a bit still. I might hit the dyno with it next week but will most likely just take it to the track next weekend, local tracks are closed for mother's day here, plus I am switching to ET drags and I have to screw the rims, the ET streets @ 11psi were spinning like 2" on every pass with no screws
you can definately feel the torque surge up, goes a little rich (11:1) when its spraying, picks up ~4lb/min of MAF flow when its on. It can light up the turbo techs at 60mph like nothing now
No KR at all on pump gas.
Few pics of the install, I used my foglight swirch for the arm and the traction control switch for the purge so there are no extra switches in the car, the MSD rpm switch is on top of the radio behind the bezel. Bottle is mounted so all I have to do is pop the speaker grille and turn it on, not trying to hide anything but I dont want a big 15lb nitrous tank mounted out in the open..
And last but not the best mod I did in the last month - a shiny new SS grille instead of that cheesy looking stocker I could never get the wax on the edges off of

hard to tell in the pic but do you have the SS in the front or the bowtie?.....nice install on the nitrous man......we'll have to head to the 1/4 soon...sucks you didnt get the K member in, man i really need to pick me up one of those giant catch cans

Its the SS, SLP dropped the price so its the same as the bowtie now. I remember you showing me Tod's so I made sure I put the SS on the right way
