Are there any other cars you've thought about doing a buildup on? I know the fairmonts are working so well, and that I've you switched to a different make/model you would have to relearn a lot, but have you ever thought about what other cars you would like to toy with?

I'd also like to see some rediculous builds. You seem to be pretty good at taking things that everyone said wouldn't work, work break for fail, or was mismatched and proving that it can work. Twin GT45s at 16 psi on a stock 4.8 sounds like something lots of people would want to see.

haha i do want to do another twin turbo setup in something.

i just like the fox chassis because it works great at putting down power and the 8.8 rear falls in so easily and can take tons of abuse on the cheap

A fox wouldn't be as much of a sleeper .

There are a dozen cars that ford built on the fox platform. Other than the Capri, literally every single one of them would make a good sleeper. I'd like to see a TT thunderbird on the cheap

I second the thunderbird. i woud also ike to see if you could make 2 of those GT45s work on a 5.3 or 4.8. Would be neat too see if it could be done.

lol!

well im still a little undecided on what i wanna do with this thing, but i will just get the 5.3 running and test the wiring, engine, and hook up a fuel pump right to the rail in the engine bay to test fire it, i pulled the tank out of it and im gunna have my friend sump it, i think ill end up doing the same thing i did on 3.0 and do a 044 in the back and return it right outside the tank and then run the feed the whole length of the car, to test that out. i got a used LS1 intake bare, going to get ls1 rails or ebay rails for it whatever is cheaper.

then just plug the ends. or use the stock returnless

Read somewhere on here that those rails are a pile of leaking ****.....look up professional products rails they are exact same price but worked perfect for me. Ppl had issues with those cxracing rails not sealing up even with the right fittings.

Helping a guy do the fuel system on his mustang and I’m at the same point. I was thinking it would be easier to drop in a 450lph walbro and use all the factory lines and use higher pressure if I needed more flow (3/8 hardline supply, basically -6AN). The new wallys flow more than the 044, are quiet, cost less, and I would think would install faster? I’ve never worked with them though and I know you have. So I was wondering why you like the external inline pumps with a sump better? Have you had issues with the pickup actually being uncovered with the intank pumps? Ever had one of the new 400 series walbros fail? -thks!

Holley makes a nice set of fuel rails also for about $100. I got a set of Holley Fuel rails from summit for about $105 shipped, really nice black anodized ones. Mine was an ls2 intake but it came with different mounts so I think they should work on other intakes.
