ATI Surge Valve!!!
ATI Surge Valve!!! I got my SC last week and yesterday i went through the parts. I did blow some air in the Surge Valve and i can feel the air coming out from the other side!!! Now thats Air coming from my mouth so i cant imagine how much boost im going to lose through this surge valve!! Did u guys have the same problem with the ATI Surge Valve?
Also is there a better Surge Valve that would be a direct replacment?

I used a turboxs bypass valve, picked up a little boost. Had to go to advanced auto and find a radiator hose that would work but it was simple enough. I was more afraid of the ATI valve falling apart and getting sucked into the blower. There is a pic of it on my cardomain site in my sig - you can even see the part number for the hose..

With a blow through like the ATI it wont cause any problems - not that you will notice. Only problem I had was there are a lot of dusty streets around here and it would blow around a lot of dust. I got sick of the noise/dust and just ran it back into the intake.
H-34 is the model number, bought it on eBay from a user named fasterthanthem - got it in 3 days and the guy e-mailed a week later to make sure I was happy with it. He always has a few of them listed, it was ~140.00 if I remember.
If you have an M6 and run over 10psi I would probably go with a mondo or ATI race bypass but this is plenty big and seals 100% as opposed to the stock ATI valve..
