I'd like to see some final numbers. Nice work. I like people who think outside of the box.

But make something stronger to support the fuel rail.

When you have 20-30psi boost trying to push injectors out of the intake, and 70-80psi of fuel pressure trying to push them out of the fuel rails.

There are considerable forces at play. Combined with the already harsh environment of a running engine.

Secure rail mountings are very important, especially when there are no clips securing the injectors into the rails

A single sided mount needs to be even more secure, as tilting of the rails is quite easy, which in turn can lead to a fuel leak.

Good train of thought Stevieturbo. Thanks. I am thinking I can do up a strap to go from current mounting bolt to opposite mounting bolt with tabs going up to either side of the rail. Will just have to drill and tap a hole on the outer part of the rail and fab up the strap. Thanks again.

Cool, I will look into it. Thanks.

Cool build. It still surprises me that between FAST, BBK, Holley, Wieland, and any others, there really isn't even one reasonably priced 16 injector manifold out there yet.
Good to see some good old fashioned hand's on effort working around that.

I'd say market for one is extremely small, so no sense in mass produce. With todays modern large injectors...actual requirement for 2 inj per cylinder is almost non existent.

Although it would be handy if the likes of the Proflo or HiRam at least had bosses cast in that could be drilled out..
