I used 5/8" spacers to do mine. Half inch bent the tabs a little too much for me. Got everything at Lowes, spacers bolts and washers. I have the packages in the garage, I'll get pics later with part numbers if you want form those that don't have a sears nearby.
For the tall Siemens 60lb/hr I went and cut 3/4" plastic spacers from Ace hardware to 5/8" with no issues on my first crewcab turbo build.

When I did mine, I got the spacers washers and bolts from Lowes for less than 4 bucks. No cutting or measuring. Everything fit perfect and is rock solid.
Before that I had actually bought some 5 foot long 1/4" wide PVC tubing and was going to cut it down to size. The 5/8" spacers couldn't have been a better fit. I came across them when I was getting longer bolts.

I was curious about this,my truck intake (2004) came with the longer injectors, no need for spacers.
Also the fuel crossover is nickel plated , not powder coated black like most of the other ones i have seen. Maybe this was from a flex fuel engine?
