Default Twin Turbo LSX Datsun 280Z

Ive been dropping hints about a build im in the middle of so ive decided to go ahead and post it early. Most of the guys that create build threads say to create the thread while your in the middle of it so that details are not lost.

Hoping to be like LILHEMI and become a "Big Dog" some day!

Some details:
HKE 370ci
Twin Turbonetics 66/65's
160lb racetronix injectors
LS3 intake
L92 heads
227/231 .624/.598 115+4 Cam
Dominator EFI
Powerglide/GV OD

This is my first "build thread" so i will try to make everything as easy to read as possible. Here are some pictures of the car N/A and some goodies ive ordered for it.

really? that 6 cylinder iron block must be a total boat anchor then. I expected it to weigh a lot less. Still pretty damn light dont get me wrong!

Yeah They aren't very light motors. The 280Z is the heaviest car from the S30 platform. When you factory A/C, power steering, power windows etc. the weight can get up there relatively speaking. This one in particular is pretty well stripped down. Although with the roll cage and additional weight from various items like turbos/roll cages etc. I imagine the final weight with me in it will be around 2900-3k. We will see though.

Thanks for all the compliments. This thing pretty much eats up all my spare time and is the root cause for just about every argument between the wife and I. I hope that the final project will reflect the trouble ive gone through

Looks slow, and boring. You're gonna twist the chassis in half. You'll never hook up. You're ruining the heritage with that hillbilly motor. Just another LS based turd.

On another note, hope you're enjoying the car looks amazing and you do some nice work!
