I had an '01 LQ4 with 31k miles from the salvage yard (build thread in sig). ARP Head studs, rod bolts and regapped rings. LS9 gaskets, 80lb injectors and PT8847 turbo. Everything else was stock LQ4. Ran 15 to 16 Psi all year @ 16* timing (200-250 1/4 passes and some street driving) and @ 4255lbs through th400, loose converter & 9" it ran 10.20's @ 133. Did nothing but change the oil twice and added fuel all yr. It was alot of fun. It bent 3 rods at 18 psi, it unloaded tires bad and got into bad det which caused the rods to bend IMHO. Guessing I was in the 740whp area, 137mph that pass with bent rods.
