If these don't work out I will be changing to 2.5" crossover. It will be interesting to see how the different crossover works for your car.

I think you will be ok. I was sweating the 3" after reading some info on this website. After speaking with some very experienced builders/turbo experts I was assured the difference between 2.5/3" was minimal at best for my particular application. My opinion is that your A/R size should be more of a concern than pipe size. At any rate i will let you know what i turn up.

Got a couple other things done. Coil brackets made and plug wires ordered (should be here for the weekend). Hoping to fire it this weekend if all goes well! Also got the new shifter installed and trimmed the center console to make sure it had a full range of motion.

Here's the picture of the ice tank for trans2000am.

IT RUNS!!!!!!

Got the car running this weekend. With the help of Mighty Mouse sending me his last best tune and some advice and Slow94Formula making some modifications in it for some small differences in setups (injectors, CI, etc.) we were able to start it and get it idling. Messed around with the MAP sensor last night. Either I have a bad MAP or need to figure out which way is the correct orientation for the wires. I bought an adapter harness from speed inc, but when it was plugged in originally it was reading 305 kpa. Switched around some wires and finally got it to go to around 125 kpa which obviously still isn’t right. When the car idles the only cells that BS3 shows are being used are the ones in the 125 kpa area. It doesn’t read any higher or lower once the motor is actually running. The bubble just goes along the horizontal RPM axis. Because of that Slow94Formula cheated the system and just changed the VE table in the cells it was running in to be closer to where they would be if the MAP sensor was actually working and we got it to idle on it’s own @ 900-1000 rpm.
